Vulnerability Reporting
Report a Product Security Vulnerability
If you discover a potential security vulnerability in a Jetway product, please report it through the designated security contact channel. Our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) will review and validate the report and coordinate an appropriate response.
Please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Affected product model and firmware, BIOS, or software version
- Description of the vulnerability and its potential impact
- Complete reproduction steps and test environment
- Proof of concept (PoC), log files, screenshots, or relevant code
- Suggested mitigation or remediation, if available
- CWE, CVE, or other vulnerability classification information, if available
Important: Do not access, modify, or delete another party’s data without authorization, and avoid disrupting services. Please do not publicly disclose unresolved vulnerability information before Jetway completes its assessment and remediation.
